But we must build on the work that has come before us if we are to reach our goals, such as defeating polio and unlocking the power of girls and women. Rotary offers people of action a chance to connect and find belonging, and this fellowship gives us the potential to improve our communities and the world. By following Rotary’s action plan and helping make sure all members feel a sense of belonging in their club, you have a special opportunity to inspire members to new heights of service. Our ability to create lasting change begins with our family of Rotary. Together, it is within our power to bring healing in a divided world. Join me in making Rotary a source of strength for those who need it most, within and beyond our membership. Let this be the year we harness The Magic of Rotary, and let Rotary be known as an organization that takes care of its members as well as the people we serve. It is within your power to help make Rotary a beacon of goodwill and fellowship in every community.

As we embark on Rotary year 2024-25, District 3131 begins its journey with the “ROTARY CHATRA CHAYA” project, providing shelter to street vendors and enhancing Rotary’s public image. Thank you for your overwhelming support. District 3131 continues to rise with impressive progress in service projects across all 7 focus areas. Club participation in youth activities and corporate CSR funding have been exceptional. Let’s strive to achieve new milestones. RI President Stephanie Urchick’s theme, “The Magic of Rotary,” reminds us of our power to transform lives through education, clean water, village development, and disease eradication. We’ve launched the Playing 11 initiative to impact our communities significantly, supported by the CHAUKAR and SHATKAR projects. Your club’s participation is crucial. Our action plan starts with membership. Adding and engaging new members ensures vibrant clubs. Remember, member experience is key to retention. Let’s focus on four pillars to bring the magic of Rotary: 1) Engaging Youth, 2) Increasing Women in Rotary, 3) Tapping CSR funds, and 4) Supporting the Rotary Foundation.

In the spirit of Rotary’s motto, “Service Above Self,” we have meticulously crafted a calendar brimming with diverse events and social projects spanning various areas of need within our community. From initiatives aimed at skilling the youth, providing digital education infrastructure, water and sanitation facilities, environmental sustainability, and holistic healthcare opportunities, our club is dedicated to making a tangible difference in the society that we serve. Our key initiatives Sanjeevani, Eklavya, Vasundhara, and Rotary gram are encompassing the seven focus areas of Rotary.

Together, we will roll up our sleeves and dive headfirst into each endeavor, driven by our collective passion for service and our unwavering commitment to building a brighter, more inclusive future for all. Let us harness the power of teamwork, innovation, and collaboration to leave an indelible mark on the lives of those we serve.
